Last week we received a call from Mark Dunau of Mountain Dell Farm in Hancock, NY. He'll be making his first delivery, he said, this week. Mark grows organic baby lettuces and other treats and personally drives them down from the farm to the restaurant a few times a week. Read on . . .

Seasonal Specials are:
Mountain Dell Greens, dehydrated watermelon, poppy seed chips, goat cheese and sparkling vinaigrette
Scallop Tartar, wild blueberry, pickled shallots, tarragon, and almond oil
Clambake, bacon fat oysters, king crab, mussels, andouille, corn, yukon potato, and fennel tops
Sullivan Brick Chicken Breast, crushed marbled potato, summer squash, marjoram, and chicken jus
Pork Chop, cherry bourbon glaze, mountain dell charred scallions, and herb ricotta grits
Warm Vegetable Terrine, with eggplant "ink", quinoa, and herbed tapioca caviar
